Thanks for your interest in the product of Power WiFi Inc. (“Nommi”). Nommi provides travel gadget (the “Physical Product” or “Product”).

If you have any issue with our Product, we would love to help you directly. We always suggest to get in touch with us and make sure you have all the support you need.

Keep in mind that we cannot ship your Nommi order to a different country than your billing address or the mailing address on your order. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times. The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • Incorrect shipping address;

  • Incorrect mobile phone; 

  • Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address;

  • Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions); or

  • Customs clearance procedures.

RETURNS

Nommi offers a 45-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact support@nommi.net for a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Please, firstly contact our team “Support” support@nommi.net, within 45 days of your purchase date. 

  • Returns must be made within 45 days of your purchase date.

  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).

  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. 

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging. 

  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the Product to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

  • The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for Nommi to credit your account.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • If you return the Product to Nommi and it is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund value due to you for:

    • Scratches on any surface of the Product, non-removable spots, damaged parts - US $50;

    • Damaged outer box or Missed outer box- US $10;

    • Missed USB cable - US $5;

  • Nommi reserves the right to withhold any refunds if your original Product have not reached our warehouse.

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

  • Note that Products purchased at a third party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the third party’s return policy.

  • Note: we do not provide return labels. 

EXCHANGES & DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your Nommi arrived damaged in shipment or you received the wrong item, please contact support@nommi.net immediately for assistance and we will arrange an exchange.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange are paid for by Nommi. 

Note: we do not provide return labels. 

 

 

THE LIMITED WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

PowerWiFi Inc. stands by the quality of its products and offers a 1-year warranty policy for the Nommi. If your Nommi malfunctions within one year of receipt, please contact support@nommi.net with the following information:

  • Your order number or Your Nommi account email

  • Photos and/or videos of your Nommi malfunctioning 

 

We will help you troubleshoot your Nommi and offer a replacement if we determine your Nommi to be defective.

We cannot provide a warranty replacement for any damages done to the Product, not covered under our limited warranty.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with limited warranty replacement are paid for by Nommi.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any: (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Alterations or modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-Nommi products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Nommi or with improper voltage or power supply; (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Nommi or (i) failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's usage.

 

Not Covered Under the Limited Warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase

● Lost or stolen products

● Items that have expired their warranty period

● Free products

● Repairs through 3rd parties

● Damage from outside sources

● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

● Purchases from unauthorized resellers

TIMELINES:


It takes from 5 to 14 business days to process return and refund requirements. Refunds are expected to be reimbursed from 5 to 14 business days after a refund & return case is confirmed by Nommi Support.
