Please make sure you're connected to Nommi Wi-Fi (Open Nommi app > go to Main page «Nommi» > click on Connect OR connect to Nommi via Wi-Fi settings of your mobile phone)
Open Nommi app > Profile page > VPN > turn on VPN
You may select VPN from the list shown on the top of the page
